- Available at all Neko Neko grooming outlets.
- An Essential, Classic or Signature groom and an add-on spa must be included in the same booking.
- Must be applied during booking. Promotion is not accepted upon arrival at the salon.
- Promos cannot be split across multiple bookings.
- Not applicable on blackout dates.
- Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts.
- Promo codes must be applied by the customer during booking on our website. Discounts cannot be applied at check-in or after the service has been completed.
- No refunds or modifications once payment has been made.
