Respectful Policy: We value your time, and we hope you value ours too. To ensure fairness to all our clients, a $40 fee will be deducted if a booking is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show.

- Multi-Cat Convenience: This package can be utilised for a multi-cat household under the same account at any Nekomori Cat Salon Outlet.
- Exclusive Offer: Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. It’s already purrfect as it is!
- Purrks Reminder: Kindly be aware that no Purrks will be awarded for the grooming bill if a discount from this package is applied.
- Package Expiry: This package is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Minimum Balance Requirement: To continue enjoying the convenience of not placing a deposit during appointment booking, grooming credits must maintain a minimum balance of $40.
- Balance Usage:If the balance of grooming credit falls below the total grooming bill, customers will not receive any package discounts but can use the remaining balance to offset the final grooming bill and pay for the remaining amount.
- No Refunds: Please note that there are strictly no refunds for unused credits or expired credits.
- Credits bought will not be added to the Neko Neko Club membership system
- Nekomori Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms of this promotion without prior notice to the customer, and in the event of dispute shall have final say in settlement
