It was our first time sending our cat to Nekomori for grooming and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The transport pickup process was extremely smooth, and the driver was really friendly as well. They clarified the type of services before beginning the session and were very upfront regarding any additional costs. They also provided photo updates of our cat during his groom which was a nice touch as well! Our Squiddy came home smelling great and didn’t look stressed whatsoever. Would definitely be sending him back to Nekomori in the future 🙂

We have been sending Ash for grooming here since he was a few months old ( he's 2 yrs now) and we love it. Ash is a scaredy cat so he will run or growl when strangers try to touch him , however i think the staffs here handle him quite well when grooming. I love that there are reports now after the grooming to inform us what was done and how he behave. Today, he came back with a big bowtie on him and he look absolutely cute! Thank you for always taking extra care of him while grooming.

My Chomps is an anxiety induced cat like me but was taken care very lovingly and carefully by Qash! She took her time to see how Chomps would react to the bath and because Chomps have had a seizure before, they took great length to be patient so Chomps get comfy. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be back again.

My cat had a history of abuse and it took me a lot of work to get to where I am with her. I truly believe that bam and I would never have reached this point without the help of patient people like Ms Chloe and her assistant. I’m truly appreciative and I highly recommend trying out Nekomori
